Accogliente e caldo, recentemente ristrutturato, nuovi armadi / granito, illuminazione ad incasso, stufa a legna, 3 TV,
Puoi vivere nel patio esterno e nel cortile chiuso con la stessa facilità con cui puoi vivere all'interno.
Il patio è completo di frigorifero, lavandino, forno a microonde, bar, tavolino e sedie, dispositivo di raffreddamento della palude, sistema mister, TV, impianto stereo tutto racchiuso da pareti di roccia, alberi e piante di erba. In fondo alla strada c'è la tua spiaggia privata, i moli, i moli delle barche e la rampa di lancio.
La casa è proprio dietro l'angolo dal campo da golf e dal bar ristorante galleggiante. Circa. 7 miglia lungo il fiume fino al casinò che è accessibile in barca o in auto. Grande canottaggio, sci nautico, wakeboard e pesca. A soli 25 minuti da London Bridge e Lake Havasu.

Property was in a great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. We didn't use patio, dishwasher, stove/oven and washer and dryer but is nice to have all that there if needed. Owners of property were very helpful and informative. This was our second time staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

Great River/Golf Hideaway

The property was exactly what was needed for our golf getaway. It had all the necessary amenities needed and more! Unfortunately, we did not get to utilize the patio/outdoor bar area, but the rest of the house was spacious and clean!If you are planning on playing golf nearby, you couldn't be much closer. Of course, the river being nearby was a great treat, also!I highly recommended this place for your trip to the Parker Strip!!

Home is cute, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided. Location was perfect for our needs. Water access was available although across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home in a great location

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. What separates it from the rest is a PRIVATE boat launch area on to the Colorado River. The water was around 85 degrees in late September. Take all your water toys with because you will be there from dawn to dusk. If there were more than 5 stars I'd have given this home. Thanks

Beautiful family home

Our stay was really wonderful. Location is absolutely ideal. The beach is clean and well maintained. The owner is very good at communicating. The house has everything you could need and want to be a functional home away from home. Can’t wait to stay again.

Clean house fully stocked

Clean house fully stocked and very organized. Rich and Lucy are awesome, I spoke to Rich and he gave clear instructions and was willing to help us out if we had any questions. Follow the house rules and tip the cleaner a 20 because they do a wonderful job.

Clean & Convenient Home

The place was perfect for our stay. The purpose of our trip was for a golf tournament and the house was very close to the course (1 minute drive). In addition, the course was really close to all the main Parker bars (Roadrunner, Foxes, Sundance). We did not utilize the water access during our trip, but the docks were right out front from the community entrance. Bedding was good, pillows a plenty. The two restrooms are nice too with good water pressure for a river trip. We did not utilize the kitchen for cooking, but it looked to have all the cookware, silverware, cups you could need. Richard was communicative and that was really appreciated.

Everything but water pressure

Nice place overall. I could never bring my wife or girls here; the water pressure was awful. I've had better water pressure at camp sites. Owner communicated well when he needed a private lease signed, but he ignored all emails and VRBO chats regarding the water pressure. This is the reason for 3 stars.

Best Location

We wanted a place close by to Pirate's Den for the Drag Boat Races. We took our Ranger to dart around in and our boat which can be launched at the private marina right across the street. There were also docks that we could leave our boat in overnight. It was an adorable little place and we sat outside in the bar area which was awesome in the October weather.

Hidden Gem

We rented this property for a 3 day golf outing at Emerald Canyon Golf Course in late April 2023. This home is less than a 1/4 mile from the course. Highly recommend this VRBO if you are planning a golf outing at Emerald Canyon. If you are a boater this would be a great place also with a private boat dock and marina. We played golf with about 40 guys and then went to Foxes which was just down the road. This place is centerally located to all the hot spots on Parker Strip. We were pleasanty surprised with the upscale interior that came with everything you need to make you feel at home. The Patio area was amazing and a good place to hang out and BBQ. The beds, linens, abundant amout towels were top notch. We are booking this VRBO for next years Golf Tournament and plan to use it for a few other trips to the area. Owners Rich and Lucy communicated everything you need to know well in adavnce of your arrival.

River/Golf Getaway

This home was clean and very comfortable. The owner was responsive, friendly and informative. The location could not be better, as it is close to the golf course, boating activities, and Pirate's Den RV Park, (great food, drinks and music).
