“I had such a wonderful stay at the Kimpton. Once I arrived I was mesmerized on how the beautiful the property was. I was greeted by Iris who was so friendly and sweet. They accommodated me for early check in, and told me everything I needed to know about the property and the amenities. Now let’s get to the fun part! Yall that rooftop was amazing and so beautiful! Alexis the bartender was so sweet and make me a guava pineapple margarita it was so good. Honestly if you are looking for a nice hotel...

“Bellissimo hotel anche se non sulla spiaggia dotato di navetta per raggiungerla e tornare all’hotel. Ambienti raffinati moderni e eccellentemente mantenuti. Piscina grande e riscaldata e consigliatissimo.”

“Il personale e il servizio devono decisamente migliorare per il prezzo pagato. La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

LA STANZA AVEVA UNA PORTA IN LEGNO, COMUNICANTE CON IL MONO LOCALE ADIACENTE, DALLA QUALE SI UDIVA OGNI RESPIRO DEL VICINO, CON UNA PRIVACY INESISTENTE. WIFI PESSIMO. UNICA NOTA POSITIVA IL PERSONALE DELLA RECEPTION IN PARTICOLAR MODO UN GRAZIE A MARZIA E CARLO PER LA LORO GENTILEZZA E DISPONIBILITA'.”
