“Our stay was incredible! The property is beautiful and the rooms and common areas feel like home. The proximity to town and to Denison University can’t be beat. Our stay was top notch and we would 100% stay at the Granville Inn again!”

“Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!”

“There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere.”

“Reserved 2 queen beds and they decided to “upgrade” us to a King. 2 adults and a teen. Not happy and refused partial refund when contacted by me and Expedia who I booked under. Breakfast was far from good. Bacon undercooked and eggs not even heated well. Only went to that town to buy some merch from Smile More Laundry and Tan.”

“Wish they had a hot tub, but pool was nice. Loved the continental breakfast but wish they would have had more fruit options.”

“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”
