“We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. ”

“This was a very comfortable property. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean and smelled good. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and the gentleman at the front desk let us know kindly that our rooms were not ready yet, but strived to get us in as quickly as he could. We were very comfortable here and would stay here again. ”

“Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western.
I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage.
