“The carpet is old if they replace it that would be good!”

“I had a room with a connecting door and I could hear the conversations in the next room whenever they were close to it. This is a common complaint with many hotels.”

“The property was great. We only had an issue with checking in. When we provided our credit card for incidentals my card was declined. We tried other credit cards including my husbands and they all declined. It was quite embarrassing however the women at the front desk was super helpful and figured out it was an issue with Expedia. She mentioned that when I booked the rooms through Expedia the number of people in the room that was updated from 7 to 4 became an issue and the cards wouldn’t work....

“Great stay - my only “complaint” is that the lobby, coffee shop, Study and fitness center were in a separate building from the rooms. Additionally the coffee was only open 7-10. So getting a drink or a small bite had a small window of opportunity. A small market had items for purchase (small snacks and drinks, but no alcohol) otherwise the hotel is lovely and we’d stay again!!”
