"The Blu Fin Resort was a wonderful experience except we had a situation with the tvs and hvac units but the staff was on it and everything was back on point. The man that fixed the unit was a very cordial fella as was the one that sent him, he called back several times to make sure we were ok!!! ..."

"Just one issue, I had to use our own blanket, bedsheets, and pillowcase because there was so much hair. So, I’m not sure if they changed them. But overall, it was a great vacation."
