“Very quiet. Beautiful property. They have nice beds and furniture. Rustic look to it. A fire pit and grills to cook on. Self control of air and heating. Lots of places to take walk, hike. ”

“The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

“Our host was very communicative and check-in/out was easy. Our family thouroughly enjoyed the open plan with comfy rooms and a charming sun porch. The kitchen had all the equipment you need. You can wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the stream. The rock pool in the stream along with the inner tubes provided a lovely opportunity to relax is the pristine water. Proximity to Livingston Manor helped with getting last minute supplies. Multiple places to sit outside further enhanced out...

“My stay was absolutely amazing. They have a hot tub on property overlooking the mountains it’s wonderful. It even started raining hard and was one of the most peaceful moments being out in nature overlooking the mountains being up high on one yourself. It’s very remote and private. Everything about this place was great. Host was very nice and attentive. Responded right away and gave me extra time to get my stuff together in the morning as I was behind. “My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable.
