“I booked through Expedia and paid in full. When checking in I was informed I could not stay because I was a local. The employee then stated I could stay but would be charged $250 for incidentals that would go back to my card on check-out. Thankfully I had a credit card but if I didn’t, I would have been highly upset! There was absolutely NOTHING during booking that stated this. The room was okay, cleanliness could have been better. “The entire place was excellent peaceful. The rooms were excellently cleaned. The only thing I think she should do is put a mattress cover on their mattresses. Those plastic mattress covers other than that. Everything was fine.”
