“Hello, When we got in the afternoon on the 10th the receptionist was mad at me for not saying hello. She had a bad attitude which did not look professional for the establishment. I was supposed to arrived on the 9th at the hotel but due to an incident in Miami with a plane crash I got there on the 10th I was told by the receptionist I was going to get an email from the manager so I could check out on the 14th free of charge. I never got the email whatsoever. I ended up checking out on the 13th...

“Arrived for a 5 day stay and was extremely satisfied with the accomodations. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable with ac. I also loved the location, as it was very close to shopping and the metro. The host had great communication with us throughout the stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a base to explore Madrid.”

“The apartment is convenient to line 5 on the Metro and the bus to Atacha Train Station. The hosts were very supportive and responsive when there was excessive noise coming from another unit. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about is the lack of natural light. There’s a window in the bedroom, but nothing in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. Overall though, it was a nice place for 2 nights”

“This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink.
