“Very good hotel and location. Parking is secure. Hotel rooms are clean. Temp in the room was 16 Deg C and the thermostat did not work. The bath is nice but the water seeps below the shoeer glass all across the bath. The door security chain lock is installed incorrectly. When you open the door, the chain comes off. Basic maintenance i s lacking.”

“The room itself was great and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were super friendly. Our room had a balcony with great views of the surrounding areas. The hotel's location was convenient for our trip as its walking distance from the centre of Suva town, which was great for shopping and places to eat.”

“Very good hotel ,staff very good , On arrival , fridge not working , fridge replaced . Aircon was dripping water as the discharge hose was leaking . Room was changed . Very happy with the service and staff . Kitchen very clean nice breakfast .”

“The on night duty staff was making a lot of noise making video call and talking that loud. staff bring there kids at the work place when we try to have a rest they have been making a lot of noise and running around the area, so we couldn’t rest well.”

“Old property, you would never get out if there was a fire. Had a spiral.staircase to go to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Hard to use with suitcases. We would definitely not stay again.”

“Overall, a very pleasant experience staying at Novotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering late check out, uninitiated by me, at no extra cost. I would definitely pay the extra for the second floor rooms (deluxe room and above). The increase in price is relatively minor, and the privacy and views from your balcony is well worth it. I would be wary of the restaurant, however. I ordered pasta that had a broken, oily sauce, and a creme brulee that was obviously baked...

“No hot water and the shower head holder is broken and keeps coming off. The room smelled musty on arrival. There was water under the bed and under the bedside table. I stood on it when I got out of bed. Lighting was very poor in the room and the room is so outdated”

“I stayed for 4 nights and I was very satisfied with this establishment. I was given the downstairs floor space that had three rooms and two bathrooms. It's a great location, close to town, and walking distance from a pharmacy and small shop. The staff was very kind and responsive. The building was clean and cozy. The showers have hot water, the TV has a few channels to watch for free and WiFi is provided. The laundry washer was a must along with the space near by for hanging clothes. The pool...
