Case in affitto in Parma

“We were two families (9 persons) that rent the house for six days. It's a fantastic huge beautiful Italian stone house with 6 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen, so plenty of room for large or several families. There is unfortunately no air conditioning so it was rather warm in the bedrooms. The garden and pool area is also beautiful and the view takes your breath away. The only thing I can complain about is the distance to everything, it takes one hour to drive to the coast etc...

“This beautifully converted Italian farmhouse was the ultimate setting for our group of 15 women. Photos truly do not do justice to how spacious and character-rich the property is. We spent our days lounging by the gorgeous private pool and our nights gathered in the exceptional outdoor social spaces, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Not only that, but Camilla, our host, was so welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember, helping us organise our group trips and...

“Property was beautiful and more than sufficent for a large family. It was clean and has most of what you would need for a relaxing stay. The various locations from the house to the patio to the pool and garden allowed for a new setting every day. It is a wonderful place to rest, relax, and get away from it all.”

“The house and the pool are attractive and comfortable. However, the private road to access the house is in terrible condition and the owner's response to our expressed concerns was not responsible. When we arrived, the house had not been properly cleaned. The pool was quite dirty and we did not believe it was safe to swim in, owing to the debris in it. Regarding the house, we found cigarette butts in an ashtray, a dirty oven, dishes piled in a dish rack, and a freezer so packed with ice...
