“The room was so nice and the staff was so nice. Especially Zoe at the front desk. She was very personable and she helped make the trip pleasant. I also want to thank the kind people at the snack center. This was our first time at this hotel and they explained everything perfect. The snack appetizer is misleading. It was like a dinner, at least it was for me. I hope to visit your hotels soon and I know it will be a great stay. Thank you.”

I specified that my agent from Expedia was trying to call. The agent called 3 times and no answer. “This place was so beautiful and comfortable!! My boyfriend and I loved. The location was great, parking was not. None of the garages was open to park in. We would have to constantly drive around to find on street parking. But the place itself was more than I imagined. Although parking was horrible I would still stay here again. Perfect location, quiet building, comfortable bed”

“It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park.
