Hotel vicino a Parma Public Library - Hilton

“The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”

“I didn't stay a full night so I don't know how the kitchen was but over all it was ok”

“Nice place. Staff were friendly and the place was super clean. Pros: spacious rooms, clean, close to restaurants and shops. Cons: not sure why the room itself does not have any usb ports which is really unusual now a days. Washroom was tiny would be better if the door swung the other way to open. Pool was very small and salty. Other wise it was nice stay would come back.”

“I only Stayed one night because I had a 5 am Flight. It was great to be able to park my car while on vacation and have shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The bed was so comfortable I missed My flight. So set your alarm a few times ! ”

“The cleanliness of this hotel was very questionable. The smell in the hallway was very mildew & the room we had smelled like cigarettes our whole stay , even the towels smelled. The bed had a huge deep dent in it & the blow drier was sticky. Nothing was clean about this place ”

“Loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean.”

“The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one ”

“The Property was great, room was big and clean, close to the airport, the only issue wd had was upon checking in the attendent was not the friendliest, and then our room had no shampoo bottle at all, like it was taken off the wall, not even just empty, and we didnt realize until about 3am when showering before our flight so we didnt habe time to let the front desk know. But overall it was a good stay. ”

“The Keurig coffee maker had no water. I had to fill it myself and the industrial coffee maker was broken.”

“All rooms are on ground floor, with windows facing parking. The bathroom window did not lock at all - mechanism was broken and screen ripped. The window in the main (sleeping) room had a single lock. The towels had brown stains on them. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows (only 3 for a king bed) were small and squashed. ”

“Staff very pleasant and answered questions if there was any. Hot tub and pool wonderful. Breakfast was fine like the variety of things to pick. The rooms were very clean only complaint was that the toilets were very low felt like we're in elementary school. People with knee problems and back problems will have a problem with trying to get up after each use. Other then that loved the room and how clean they were.”

“We were not told in advance that the hotel was undergoing renovations and were put on a floor that was 90% being renovated. Front desk was almost always vacant of welcoming personnel. If I wanted something, I would have to call out. The room we were given was much in need of renovation: window was missing a pane that made outside noise seem like the window was open; the air conditioner was very noisy and did not work properly once we were able to turn it on; there were no hooks near sink and...

“In the top 3 all time of the worsest hotel I have ever seen. Horrible. Smell everywhere. Corridors and stairs not clean. Old and decrepit rooms”

“The only complaints i have are that the pool area is small and th coffee was weak, otherwise a great stay”
