“Everything in the hotel was excellent. Got personalised hospitality experience from the owner of the property. Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. “Pros - The rooms were extremely spacious and large. The view around the hotel was amazing with the river just along the property. The bathrooms were extraordinarily huge. Cons - the bathroom floors were marbel which during the period of december were almost unbearable to walk on barefoot. Otherwise highly recommend. ”

“We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. ”

"In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. There are 12 villas, we were upgraded to a 3 floors one which was insanely large, beautifully furnished and even had a top floor meditation room. Dinners were amazing, chef Vijay gave us the best food we had in Bhutan and they served dinner directly in the villa as we were only a few guests at that time. Breakfast was also good and it was served outside, with a view of the mountains. GM Mongal was very kind and ensured our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Fully recommended to stay when visiting Paro!."
