No hot water for the first two and a half days. Strong musty smell in our room. Staff were friendly and apologetic but no manager was on the property and when contacted did not show.

Our stay was just phenomenal from the start. David thought of everything. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was labeled. Staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast staff were exceptional. They worked hard and were very polite. I would not stay here again though. We were told upon arrival that there would be no room service. I’m ok with not having any room service if only staying a day or two but we stayed 4 nights. ...
