“The property view was incredible! We loved our room and I had some of the best sleep on this vacation because we could sleep with the doors open and hear the waves crash all night! The property is clean and the owners kept our car safe behind the gate during our stay.”

“They have a fantastic ocean view, very welcoming and eco-friendly. Playa La Boca is a great place for beginner surfers too. They have multiple outdoor spaces with ocean views. I would only recommend some more cushions on the outdoor searing and that Marley doesnt bark before 9am, but he is a sweet dog.”

We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. “We loved this hotel for it's ambience that included artwork, guest lounges and nice gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The property uses sustainable practices to minimize use of plastic and waste. Our only complaint was being woken up early by the noise of voices in a nearby room. Rodrigo was particularly helpful given our limited Spanish skills.”

When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. For a 2 star hotel, it is really good but it was the same price as some 4 stars hotels.”
