“They messed up our booking reservation, we arrived on this property only to be told that we didn’t have a reservation when in fact I’ve been communicating with them about my expected time of arrival and even fill up their booking information online. Elias promised us to refund our uber and promised to give us 15% off our original booking payment but he didn’t response to my text when I followed up about it. ”

“The apartment was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was adjustable for each bedroom and living room, which was great!!! I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and you could hear the waves crashing in the shore.
The area is very walkable and it is literally right across the street from the beach. There were two different restaurants and a supermarket within a couple blocks and more about a 1/2 mile down the beach...

“I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. “Convenient walking location to a lot of things! My room was very clean with a small kitchen area with coffee, fridge, microwave. Communication was very good! Quick to answer messages. I was able to store luggage when I arrived early. FYI the pool is nice to have but is size of a hot tub so dont expect a "swimming " pool. ”

Al rientro la sera mi sono accorto che avevo cambiato asciugamani e tappetini docccia ma non rifatto il letto e le pulizie . ”
