“We were really pleased with the service we received at the hotel. We arrived after an early start and a delay in the immigration section of Lisbon airport and were greeted by the reception team. They made the process very easy for us. The room was more than we expected with a separate lounge area and large King-size bed. We had a small terrace and sea view. We couldn't ask for more. “The location is a true palace, feels like a jump is history. Staying there is like staying in a museum. Everything is well kept (needs some renovation, but they are undergoing). Beautiful and fresh flowers, amazing breakfast, and authentic service only adds up to the experience. Only downside aspect, but it’s not the hotels fault, is driving to and from Sintra’s main attractions, as roads and viability aren’t greatly organized. ”
