“Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay not far from Portugal Spanish border. Listing did not say that whilst it was off a listed road it was not now the main road so was quiet.Hotel refurbished a year or so ago and is popular with locals always a good sign ”

“ A quietly brilliant stay. The welcome was warm without the fuss, the beds were the sink-into-oblivion kind, and the shower actually understood the assignment. Breakfast — light, thoughtful, and included in the room rate — felt like a small act of generosity rather than an upsell. I even left with a pot of local bee pollen from the lounge, because restraint is overrated. Parking was easy, the internet behaved itself, and there’s a supermarket a couple of minutes away for any last-minute...

“This bnb is a gem in every way. The location in the historic district is perfect. You can walk everywhere. Car parking is very easy on the street. The bnb itself is stunning and comfortable. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was like none other we have ever seen. The host was friendly and helpful, and her breakfast was remarkable! She couldn’t do enough to make sure that we had everything we needed or wanted. The property and backyard with a pool was beautiful! We highly recommend...
