It’s on the 3rd floor (there’s an elevator) and features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. Good ventilation and natural light. Roller blinds in every room. 2 smart TVs connected to Wi-Fi so you can easily install your favorite apps. Outdoor parking with 24/7 security. Shared terrace on the 6th floor with a fabulous ocean view. Several swimming pools. Tennis, basketball, and soccer courts, as well as playgrounds. Entry via a super-easy combination keypad.

Note: The tap water in the area is safe, but we recommend buying purified water for drinking.
