Premiato condominio di lusso con vista sull'oceano 275 Yds dalla spiaggia

Il premiato Vista De Sirena si trova in un villaggio di pescatori tranquillo e appartato, 15 miglia a sud di Jacó.  L'edificio si trova su una collina a soli 275 metri dalla spiaggia e offre una delle viste più spettacolari sull'oceano lungo l'intera costa occidentale del Costa Rica.  Goditi una breve passeggiata fino alla spiaggia dove puoi mettere i piedi nella sabbia, giocare nelle pozze di marea, fare snorkeling, nuotare o fare surf.  Puoi anche noleggiare un tour di pesca di livello mondiale nella vicina Quepos o Herradura o unirti a uno dei pescatori locali proprio qui a Esterillos Oeste.  Le acque pullulano di Snapper, Jack e una varietà di altri deliziosi pesci.  Un breve viaggio panoramico ti condurrà a Jacó per lo shopping, i ristoranti e la fantastica vita notturna.  Un viaggio di 40 minuti nella direzione opposta vi porterà a Manuel Antonio, il parco nazionale più famoso del Costa Rica, dove potrete fare escursioni e nuotare e sperimentare una varietà di animali selvatici.

Ognuna delle tre unità climatizzate dell'edificio dispone di un ampio ingresso con molto spazio per lasciare le tavole da surf o qualsiasi altra cosa che sia necessario riporre dietro porte chiuse a chiave.  Sul lato destro della passerella troverai l'ingresso alla principale zona giorno, cucina e sala da pranzo.  All'altra estremità della zona giorno principale godrete della vista panoramica sull'oceano attraverso la parete di vetro con grandi porte scorrevoli che si aprono su balconi privati. Per una maggiore privacy, ogni unità si trova sul proprio piano e dispone di tre camere da letto. Due suite dispongono di letti king size; la terza suite ha un letto matrimoniale; Una delle camere ha un letto pieno che si estrae da sotto il letto matrimoniale per ulteriori posti letto. Inoltre, ogni camera dispone di letti pillow-top con topper memory foam.  

Il tetto è il luogo ideale per godersi la compagnia di amici intimi e buon cibo seduti al bar palapa, sdraiati sul ponte o nuotando nella piscina a sfioro.

L'unità attico viene fornito con alcuni lussi aggiunti.  La zona giorno principale è notevolmente più grande con più finestre per migliorare la vista e uno splendido soffitto con pannelli in teak.  Se vuoi goderti la copertura dell'essere al chiuso e sentire ancora la brezza dell'oceano, l'intera parete affacciata sull'oceano si apre offrendo un ampio ingresso sul balcone.

Deposit Issues

Cool house but was cleared upon check out with host only to not be given my deposit back almost two weeks later due to erroneous issues. Claimed we tore apart a 500 mattress topper, broke wine glasses (house didn’t have wine glasses), and said we broke stairway railing.

All we can say is WOW !

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week December 27 until Jan 3rd 2025. We are a family of 15, eight adults and 7 grandkids from ages 20 to 9. We had a blast. Lots of room for everyone. The village of Estellios Oeste was exactly what we were looking for, I wanted our family to experience the culture of the real Costa Rica, We found ourselves immersed in the real Costa Rica and the families that live there. Unbelievably friendly and welcoming. We enjoy meals together and this home is well equipped for families who would like to prepare their own meals. The village has wonderful restaurants that we went to several times as well. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were, and how functional the home was for large groups. Your eyes will shine when you first see this place. Unbelievable !!Javi the house manager is always there to make sure everything is working and our needs are met. The owner David is just a phone call away to answer any questions you might have. For the kids, the beach is … yes unbelievable too….safe, clean, huge, and probably the nicest beach we have been too. We even saw newly hatched turtles making their way to the ocean. I should also mention William and Chiri for excellent fishing experiences. Fantastic Stay! We had 3 families with adult kids and 2 16 year olds with a total of 16 people. Everybody had a great time. The house was very clean and the many bedrooms all had private bathrooms. The view from each floor and the rooftop pool area was excellent. We saw monkeys, birds, iguanas (lizards?). Each floor can be locked up individually. Javier was very helpful to us and easy to work with. The beach is a short walk. Easy driving to Jaco and Miguel Antonio park for activities. Big tip- close by is Restaurant Los Almendros, it is outstanding and less expensive than the patio which is closer. A hidden gem. It is up on a hill but i easily drove the gravel road eith a 12 person toyota van. No suv needed. Overall great stay- We had a blast! Matt F.

Fantastic place for a big group

This is a great house for a large group of people. Very roomy. Amazing view. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. A/C and wifi worked well. Super Sol is a quick walk and has everything you need. Walk up the hill is steep and the house has lots of stairs but would recommend without hesitation. Great pizza place nearby. Los Alamandros has great food and if you're looking to surf, Brett's Boards is amazing.l

Great communication and location for our group.

We really enjoyed our time here. We utilized the kitchen, rooftop pool, TV, and everything besides the laundry. We were so comfortable. Jahvi, the Property Manager, was always on standby which was a relief. We would all stay here again!

Spectacular views. Lovely location.

Our group of 10 adults had tonnes of space to spread out and lots of room to get together as a group. It was a short walk to an almost secluded beach. Javier was great! Super attentive and a short 5 minutes away. He arranged a ride for us into Jaco and recommended a restaurant that even delivered our dinner on the first night. We had a blast!

Incredible Views & Excellent location

We had a large party so we were able to rent out the whole place, plenty of rooms and very spacious with all required amenities. One thing to keep in mind is anything can happen when traveling internationally and it’s best to have a open mindset. It makes the entire experience that much more enjoyable. I’d recommend this for anyone who’s looking to spend a few days in Jaco area.

Excellent for birthday celebration

We had an amazing time in Esterillos. The owner David was super helpful with tips before we arrived and Javier the property manager made everything easy for us once we arrived. The layout of the house made it easy to accommodate our big group. The big roof terrace had a nice pool and excellent views. Playa Esterillos is gorgeous. It goes on forever and the clientele was very family oriented.

You can leave spending more money than you pay.

I would not return to this house in my life, they stole our belongings from all of us. It was noticeable from the beginning that the person in charge of the house looked suspicious (OIJ report submitted) The administration of the house knows these points and takes advantage of this. Incidentally, the insurance does not cover anything.

Trip of a lifetime

Dave went over and above to help our four families fully enjoy our time in Costa Rica! His home is beautiful, the views were amazing, and the sound of the crashing waves with the local wildlife were magical! We all fell in love with Esterillos Oeste - more authentic feel than other areas we were considering. Nicely positioned to take advantage of some adventure activities! Slice of paradise

We stayed at this property Mar 18-21 2021 for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Our group consisted of 13 adults anywhere from the age of 29 to 50. The house was more than enough room with three separate levels and a full kitchen on each level you can’t go wrong! David the homeowner was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. Javier, property manager, was beyond helpful. Javi helped us coordinate hiring ladies to come in to cook breakfast and dinner for us one of the mornings and evenings. He also helped arrange a few excursions including ATV tours for our entire group, massages on the rooftop, hiking to see the waterfall and a river boat tour to view the monkeys (which I highly recommend)! The house is just a short walking distance to the beach, was very clean and met all our needs. Would absolutely not hesitate staying here again if we have another large group vacation to Costa! Pura Vida!

Spring Break 2020

House was perfect for us! (and our group is a little picky!) This was a senior trip for 4 HS seniors and their families. 17 ppl, 5 families and we had lots of space to spread out! House is beautiful, just as pictured, pool on roof is an absolutely an amazing space to hang out! Restaurants in town were great and we ate in several nights as well! Karaoke at the local bar was a hit for us! Beach is beautiful and good surf! Pablito the house iguana, loves bananas and doritos if you go! :)

Amazing trip to Costa Rica

Thank you Dave for sharing your beautiful home! We had an amazing time! Your place was perfect for our large group of 15 from Florida. I cannot say enough about Javi and how wonderful he was! 😊He was there to help us with anything and everything we needed including booking excursions (horseback riding on the beach, ziplining, sunset catamaran tour, ATV tour and local fishing with William.) The local fishing was a hit with everyone and we were able to eat our local catch for dinner on two evenings. We arranged for some local cooks, Evelyn and Karina, to cook breakfast and dinner 4 days for our large group while we were there and it was perfect! Everyone loved the food and enjoyed getting to know Evelyn and Karina. This location is centrally located and an easy car ride to other destinations such as Jaco, Hermosa Beach, Quepos and Manual Antonio. Awe are looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful piece of paradise! PuraVida! 😊
