“Ambientazione e natura molto bella, servizio impeccabile. Non è chiaro quando si prenota l'ubicazione delle abitazioni vista mare, dalle foto sembrano sulla spiaggia poi in realtà non lo sono. Molta confusione e sovraffollamento delle piscine.”

“Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!”

“Stayed there with my fiancé for 5 days it was amazing. Literally everyone on the staff was overly helpful and friendly. We received a nice welcome drink and from them the service stayed stellar. The food at the resort was also amazing. They set up all of our taxi rides to various events around the island. Rooms were large and spacious. Could work easy for a small group or family. Very nice. Very modern. Even had 2 full bathrooms for convience. Will definitely be back”

“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...

“The resort itself is perfect. Great space. Large rooms. Great amenities. Perfect pool size and distance to the beach. So clean. Our issue was the service. Almost as if it was a hassle to ask for a drink at the pool: had to wait an hour for a pool menus. Then at the beach barely anyone going around for drink requests. Then on the way to the airport the front staff said they would call us a taxi & for 30 mins they wouldn’t. It was so odd. For a place this expensive the service should be a lot...

“Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!”

“The property is amazing. Located right on the beach in Grace Bay. Our room was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable with a semi- wrap around patio that offered privacy and wonderful ocean views. The staff warmly welcomes you and very accommodating. While the property does not have on dining, you are only minutes away in walking to a number of places. ”
