Splendida proprietà sul lungomare con spiaggia privata e molo a trenta minuti da Annapolis. Perfetto per riunioni di famiglia o altro stare insieme. Goditi il nuoto, la pesca, la canoa e il kayak. Non solo è un ottimo modo per scappare se si desidera semplicemente rilassarsi sul molo o godersi l'area firepit, ma è situato vicino a Baltimora, Annapolis e Washington D.C. per coloro che vogliono fare qualsiasi visita al sito.

Goditi anche l'autunno e l'inverno. Il cambio delle foglie è una bella vista dal tuo posto all'interno o all'esterno della casa.

Questa è una spaziosa casa di 3000 piedi quadrati con 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Quattro camere da letto hanno letti king size con abbastanza spazio per mettere anche un materasso ad aria, che è una rarità nelle proprietà in affitto. La quinta camera da letto è un ufficio convertito, quindi può contenere solo un letto singolo. Gli enormi letti sono fantastici per gli oltre 6 piedi o perfetti per qualcuno come me che è di 5 piedi e gode di tutto lo spazio! C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno con un letto singolo estraibile aggiuntivo per i bambini.

Vieni e goditi questa casa che si trova su una penisola, il che significa che hai viste sul mare da tutte le camere. Goditi la comodità di poter vedere i tuoi amici e la tua famiglia pescare dal molo mentre ti siedi all'interno o all'esterno. Porta le tue biciclette a guidare per le strade tranquille o le moto d'acqua se vuoi goderti la vista dall'acqua. La spiaggia è un ulteriore vantaggio e i tuoi bambini adoreranno giocarci. Sentiti al sicuro con l'acqua poiché la pendenza è molto lenta e i bambini possono nuotare nell'acqua e non è profonda. A seconda della marea, la profondità dell'acqua può variare da 4 piedi a 6 piedi alla fine del molo. Questo è un posto meraviglioso per i bambini di tutte le età. This was our 1st time in Maryland. We wanted a place on the water and that was able sleeps 8 adults and 5 children ages 5-16 comfortably. This home was perfect! The home was situated on the lake with a dock. It had 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with king size beds) and a sleeper in the living room area. Plenty of beach towels, fishing rods, access to canoe and kayak. Easy communication with owner and hassle free check-in. We would return and recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing comfortable stay!

Was fully equipped with everything we needed including for our one year old. Overall was great experience, only downside is that they had cameras inside the house which felt a bit creepy

The walls and woodwork hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The trash bins were against the dining room wall, and the wall was grimed with food. The kitchen floor was sticky. The bottom of the shower mat was black with mold. The carpet and upholstery needed cleaning. There was a RING camera in the interior of the house. Piled on the sides of the yard was broken outdoor furniture and stuff which belonged out of sight. Setting nice but cannot recommend.

There was plenty of space to gather and to also allow for kids to have quiet spaces. The dock area allowed for use of the kayaks, our paddleboards and dinghy. We did have a problem with jelly fish. They listed a propane grill however that has been replaced with a charcoal BBQ. This did not work for us. Overall, it was a good time.

The photos in this listing are a bit outdated. The house itself was comfortable enough but it clearly was not kept to the same degree as the photos. It felt like it has been lived in very hard and while not dirty there certainly was stuff scattered all about (eg used marshmallow sticks on the mantle). The beds were comfortable enough and the AC worked like a champ. In some ways it was nice because we were not worried about the kids damaging anything. The kayaks were a great plus though the beach, even in low tide, was not very large. I felt it a bit overpriced for the location and amenities, but for a multi family getaway with kids it will do the tricks for a few nights

The property itself is in need of a little tidying and updating, for example the fire pit area does not look as nice as it does in the pictures. Nonetheless a beautiful waterfront property with beach access and pier for crabbing/fishing made for a wonderful family getaway. Quiet neighborhood, friendly folks nearby

The upside of the property was that there was lots of room and the setting is beautiful. Couple things that could be better. Communication, we never did find the fishing poles. Propane, for the price being paid, don't put it on the guest to provide for propane. Furniture, have the couches cleaned. Stains are not attractive.

This is my second stay at this home. We love this peaceful spot. Plan to come back again in the future. The only downside is the orientation of the bathrooms, there are three bedrooms upstairs and only one bathroom. Downstairs is a master suite (with bathroom), a twin bedroom, and a full bathroom. So the upstairs bathroom ends up getting shared but many. But it's a small inconvenience for a really great home. We loved using the kayaks and stand up paddleboard. We fished, swam, and caught some crabs. Highly recommend!

If you live in the central MD area and are looking to staycation with a large family, I highly recommend this place. The owner is responsive and the property is fantastic. It feels a little dated, so don't expect anything extravagant, but the amenities are spot-on as described, and you certainly won't be bored! It's a great place to relax and rewind, and also to party and have fun!

The property is in need of a deep cleaning. The touch areas around doorknobs and windows look like they haven't been wiped down in months. The coffee maker had old, used grounds in the basket. The previous tenants left a wonderful face smear on the picture window. The wastebaskets and recycling bins in the kitchen are in need of a cleaning, not just a rinse. The oven hasn't been cleaned in a very long time even though it is a self-cleaning oven. The moveable kitchen island moved on our first day there only to reveal what previous tenants had dropped on the floor and no one cleaned up. The mirror closet doors had fingerprints on the glass where previous tenants had opened the closets. My daughter sat on a chair only to end up with wet pants because the chair cushion was still wet. Other things: there is a gas grill, but no gas. There is a fireplace and a fire pit, but no firewood. There are supposedly fishing poles but that closet was locked. I sent an email to the property owner to see if we could get the closet opened but received no reply. The email was sent on our first day there and we were there for six days. My grandson was slightly injured when he stepped on a wooden step going down to the water and the step broke. Luckily, a trip to the Dr wasn't necessary, only a couple scrapes and bruises. The area is pretty, and the rooms are spacious, but there seems to be little attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and maintaining the property. Also, there are a lot of scuffs and scrapes on all the walls throughout the property. A quick walk through with a can of paint and a paint brush would do wonders.

The house was filthy. Grass not mowed. Stone pathway to pier covered by grass. Gate to pier was not secured. 3 yo grandson could easily get through. The back door lock was not secured at all. The front door lock stopped working. Left house opened unsecured. Dirty used diaper wipes found in trumble bed. Drab and dank. Walls filthy. Needs much care and updates. Boat was just eye candy. Would not recommend.

Outdoor recreation equipment was exceptional. All age kids were very happy. Nice fishing spot. Large size bedrooms. Nicely stocked kitchen. With all our recent rain, yard needed some clean up. Overall we had a good weekend. Thank you.

This was our first stay in Maryland and we enjoyed it immensely. The house is deceptively huge and easily fit four families. The water access was nice and provided a lot of opportunity to fish, catch crabs, and swim. The availability of kayaks, canoes, and paddle board helped us to enjoy the water even more. Some things to consider: this is in a residential area and although attractions are plenty they are not close. This is a very secluded and peaceful stay, not touristy. The use of apps like DoorDash definitely helped us with finding restaurants.

The property is large and welcoming. It has plenty of space for separation or connecting close together. We had excellent luck fishing at night! We caught large catfish! The swimming was highly enjoyed by the children of the group. Close to Baltimore and Annapolis. It’s the perfect location to be far enough away but also close to all the amenities the cities have to offer. While this is close proximity to neighbors— they are so sweet and very enjoyable.

Our family has wonderful memories together of our vacation. House is large enough for everyone to enjoy their space. (8 adults, 2 grandchildren). Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Outdoor maintenance, safety precautions, and yard clean up need a little TLC.
