“Clean and convenient ”

“While we found outside of property lovely and well groomed (although the amenities said there was a balcony and it was a one story building), the inside was not as expected. First of all, I had looked carefully at the rooms to see what had the highest rating. I chose #14, but the day of our arrival we were assigned to #6. This was never communicated with us. That room was disappointing. The mattress/ bed was weak and folded a bit in the middle like a taco causing me to roll into my husband. So...
