“Check in and room service staff is good but property needs to be refurbished especially doors and grouts. Although lights & aircons are turned on before our arrival, staff still need to check if the aircon, tvs are working well before every check in. Cleanliness can be improved. “While the room was spacious and somewhat clean. The staff were not exactly helpful. I had paid for on site for an extension but they disabled my card despite paying for the extension. The bathroom had no toiletries tray and the towels were musky.”

“Nice looking resort that is situated very close to a private beach. Enjoyed the lush look of the resort. Breakfast was good with local delights like Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Dimsum.
