Quaint 1920's Craftsman Home just minutes from downtown.

Welcome to our 1922 Craftsman Home. Our home features original hardwood floors, wood sashed windows with original glass, 5 paneled doors with glass door knobs and bright natural light. Our home is warm and inviting whether you are sitting on the front porch having a glass of wine and relaxing or having a wonderful dinner on the back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washer and dryer are located in the home. There are 3 cozy bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub for soaking and relaxing after a long day of wine tasting or sightseeing. A dedicated office space is located in the enclosed porch and an inviting papasan chair is the perfect place to read and look out at the beautiful flowers. An EV charging station is located just 3 blocks from our home. We are located just a minutes' walk from the Paso Market Walk and the heart of the historic downtown, city park, boutiques, wine tasting, fine restaurants and the cinema. Paso Robles is home to the Paso Robles Event Center, the Mid-State Fair, Ravine Water Park, WarBird Museum and within driving distance you can enjoy the ocean towns of Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, Harmony and Hearst Castle. Wineries surround the beautiful town of Paso Robles and the beauty of our countryside is hard to leave once you've been here. Our home is warm, inviting, relaxing and we are happy to share it with you. We hope that you make as many memories in this home as we have.

This property was as described. It was perfectly located and we were able to walk to the square to enjoy the festive holiday lighting. Perfect for 4 adults. Sensoria is a 10 minute drive.

This is a nicely updated, comfortable cottage in a great location for walking along historic Victorian Row to downtown restaurants and shops. The host clearly was thoughtful about preparing the house for visitors, and was very responsive to questions. We would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was easy to enter and was spotless. It was just the right size for our group of 6. We liked being able to walk downtown for dinner. We also appreciated the provided coffee and creamer. Checkout was just as easy as checkin. We would definitely return.

This was a birthday weekend for my sister in law. We booked at the last minute and I must have read past only 1 bathroom, that was all my fault. This property was clean and had all the amenities we look for. because it is a home in the 20’s the flooring is very noisy, but that’s what gives it its charm. The only downside is we had no hot water for showers. I did not reach out to the owner so they had no way of knowing or fixing the situation, again we just made it work.

The house is perfect for a Paso stay. Highly recommend it. In a great area easy walk to all that Downtown Paso has to offer floor plan is perfect for small group gatherings. Bonus area in the back the cutest.

Everything about our stay at this well appointed, quaint home in the historic district of Paso Robles was exceptional! The home is within walking distance to downtown. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Thank you for such a lovely place to spend time with family and friends!

We loved this house!! It was perfect! It was super clean, it had all the amenities we needed, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfy, the location close to downtown was awesome. From the adorable front porch to the relaxing back yard, we loved everything about this place. The home owner was very easy to work with. We highly recommend staying in this quaint craftsman home!
