Sunset Summit, una spaziosa casa di Paso Robles Wine Country. Situato in posizione strategica a pochi minuti da cantine vicine, cucina raffinata ed eventi locali tra cui il parco di Downtown City e Tin City. Se stai cercando di rilassarti con alcuni amici nelle sale di degustazione locali o in cerca di musica e intrattenimento dal vivo, questa casa è la location perfetta. Meno di 2 miglia a Downtown City Park Square e un facile accesso alle strade del vino in ogni direzione dalla casa. Siamo a breve distanza dalla spiaggia e dai sentieri escursionistici.

excellent experience

The house is well equipped and so well maintained. Has everything one needs to have a pleasant stay. near to stores and yet in a beautiful neighborhood . we had a great time. will definitely book it again.

We stayed here while in Paso Robles for my daughter’s wedding, and it was exactly what we needed. The home had plenty of space for me, my elderly parents, my two adult children, and even our dog. The hosts were very accommodating and even allowed us to extend our stay, which we truly appreciated.The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is because of an ant issue. We woke up one morning to quite a few ants in the kitchen, and a few more were spotted in the upstairs master bedroom. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful.

Staycation Good location

The location was central. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to stores and downtown Paso. We loved the layout of the house. Nice upgrades, nice furniture and lovely backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. As well as the bathrooms. Iron and blow dryer provided. Plenty of room for the six of us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a VRBO. And customer service was excellent.

Very nice

The interior of the house and the garage is very nice very clean well supplied. The front yard and backyard definitely needs some work The neighbor to the right as you’re looking at the house runs a business out of his house. His trucks are parked everywhere. Not much street parking. Since we were gone all day, it really did not affect us.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home - definitely our best VRBO rental ever. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and easily accommodated our blended families (7 persons total). Although the kitchen has only one oven, it was otherwise unusually well-equipped, and we were able to cook a traditional Thanksgiving dinner as well as other elaborate meals. The separate living and family room areas as well as the large dining area gave us plenty of room to spread out. The Wi-Fi works well, and two bedrooms have desks that accommodated some teleworking. The neighborhood is pleasant, close to an Albertsons as well as a CVS., and a short drive to the many wineries in the area. We also enjoyed trips to San Simeon and Morro Bay, both about 40 minutes away. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great for multi generational stays. When we come home to Paso (born and raised) it's generally for an event. This time it was for my uncles funeral. This trip included my dad (87) who has his own downstairs bedroom and bathroom with a walk in shower, my brother and his wife, myself and my daughter with her children 5 and under. We never felt like space was a problem the 3 days we were here. Parking can be a little hard though... we had 3 large vehicles and with no street parking and the neighbor's cars parked up against the driveway going in and out of the garage and driveway can be a little tricky. But once you were settled in the space was great!

Lovely neighborhood

The managers clearly just refurbished the property as it still smelled strongly of paint when we arrived, and there were still packaging labels on the fridge and sofa. Fortunately, the paint smell dissipated after a few days. The place was very clean and comfortable with a convenient screen for check in/out and instructions. One couple complained their bed was too hard, but the rest were comfortable. We were all too hot, as we were restricted from lowering the A/C temperature - fans would be a great addition - but fortunately the outside temp cooled down at night so we were able to get some reprieve. We were very grateful to be able to bring our dogs, but we couldn't hang out outside with them very much because the neighbor's dog was always outside and barked non stop when our dogs were outside. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through, everyone was friendly and the house is close to a great running path. Overall our group of adults had a very good time.
