🏡 The Living Space
Sleep: The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, each outfitted with premium bedding and thoughtful design for relaxation. The primary bedroom features an en suite full bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Between the bedrooms is a large bonus room/office with a dedicated workstation desk and office chair, plus a seating area with a full-size sofa bed.
Gather & Relax: A formal sitting and dining room complements a casual family room with a large TV, creating multiple indoor spaces where guests can socialize, watch movies, or enjoy downtime together.

🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required per stay.
Pets: Pets are welcome (up to 2 total) with prior approval.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 10 pm, and all outside activity must be brought inside by that time each night. Voices carry up here and we want to maintain our trusted relationship with our neighbors.
Property Note: The entire home is available for a 30+ day stay.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
