Benvenuti a casa nostra! Twice is Nice è l'ultima novità, nuovissima, con accesso fuori dal vicolo, parcheggio per tre veicoli, recinzione parziale per la privacy. Siamo proprio nel cuore di Paso Robles nell'ambita "West Side". Nuova costruzione con tutti i comfort moderni e convenienti, tra cui pavimenti in legno, cucina gourmet, riscaldamento a pavimento nei due bagni. L'open space è illuminato da più finestre clericali che creano un'atmosfera aperta, leggera e luminosa in tutta la casa. Paso Robles ha molto da offrire e siamo a pochi isolati da una grande varietà di ristoranti, sale per la degustazione di vini, concerti e festival nel parco. The Park Cinema proietta film attuali; ci sono eventi mensili alla Mid State Fair e al Paso Robles Events Center. Molte sale per la degustazione di vini circondano Paso Robles e sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. A mezz'ora di distanza in auto troverete il Lago Nacimiento e il Lago di San Antonio, nonché le splendide città costiere di Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos e Cambria ~ la porta di accesso a Big Sur.

This was our 2nd stay. Great location; Close drive (minutes) from to our favorite wineries ( LAW Estates, Le Cuvier and Niner)! Walking distance to downtown Paso restaurants.

Great place and location!

My husband and I were impressed with this newly updated property. Super clean and comfortable and a super nice kitchen. Great location walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Twice is Nice is the perfect house for two couples to stay while in Paso Robles! The host, Steve, provided everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The house is very nicely finished, well kept, super clean, and has lots of windows and natural light. The location is wonderful-just a few short blocks to downtown. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze!We’ve been to Paso Robles 4 times now and this is the best place we’ve stayed. We definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip back to Paso. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful home!

Came down for the weekend to check out Paso. Really enjoyed our stay at Twice as Nice! Very happy with the clean, updated and centrally located house. Great parking and very nice quite neighborhood! Will stay again if ever in the area.

Great Home and Location

The house was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Steve did a great job with communication and the location was perfect for walking to everything in downtown Paso. We will definitely rent here again!

Great place in Paso Robles

This place is great! The 2 bedrooms are both "master" rooms making it perfect for 2 couples to share. The furnishings and kitchenware were all top notch. Very new renovations. Light, bright and airy feel. It is convenient to downtown Paso. Also has off-the-street parking. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed on our arrival. Thanks for that! We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Mid State Weekend

This property was just what we needed for a fun weekend getaway. Walking distance to downtown and the fair. House was clean, well-stocked, including coffee & creamer. Beautiful sitting area/patio. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Steve was helpful and available when we couldn’t connect to you tube. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here twice now and it was perfect both times. Great open, inviting, living/kitchen space and the floor plan also offers good privacy to each bedroom/bathroom. Nice outdoor patio area as well. Owners are super friendly and attentive to any needed communication. Definitely recommend and hope to return!
