“My husband and I needed a place to stay last minute and the Northland Motel worked perfectly for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Checking in was easy. The lady working was very welcoming. There was also no noise coming from the bowling alley or restaurant. Andes candies and bottled water was a nice touch. The temperature was comfortable in the room as it was very cold and blustery. We will stay again in the future.”

“Conveniently located in the heart of Penn State, this mom and pop motel gives Rosebud Motel vibes in all the best ways. Front desk was pleasant and informative. Rooms are keyed with code locks for security. New flooring and bathroom amenities bring an older establishment a more modern feel. Beds are comfortable, and I’m pretty sure the pillows were shredded memory foam- we slept well. Blackout curtains on both windows made for a cozy retreat, and the big screen tv was a hit with my kiddo....

“Ottima struttura in State College. L’hotel è molto piacevole, le stanze ed il bagno spaziosi. Sotto l’hotel c’è un grande supermercato e Starbacks, e in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono un po di ristoranti ”

“We had one issue with our room, the HVAC system was so loud we could not sleep, however we called the front desk and were moved to a new suite immediately and given a credit. I always appreciate when a hotel acts quickly to fix a problem onsite, was impressed with the staff and management here. Otherwise this hotel is awesome on all other elements of our stay.”

“Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Prezzi da 5 stelle con camere e servizi da 1 stella (ma peggio di un motel dove almeno trovi la colazione inclusa). Struttura vecchia, quasi fatiscente. No ascensore per le camere che non sono al piano terreno (difficolta' per i bagagli). Nel secondo giorno di permanenza (rientrati a tarda sera con la brutta sorpresa che nessuno avesse rifatto la camera). Sconsigliato”

“Great place for restricted budgets. Easy to find. Clean room, good air conditioning except a little bit noisy. Walk to the PSU campus and downtown are possible within 20 mins for me. Surrounding area is safe. Recommend! ”

“Was a very nice hotel room. Worked out great for my husband and myself and our 23 year old son. We did not try the breakfast, since we had prior plans, so can't review on that. Hotel was very clean and had all necessary ammenities.”
