Peaceful Country Living Close to the City!

With over 5,000 square feet of space set in the peace, quiet and relaxation of the country, but only minutes from the convenience and amenities of the city. You will feel like you are in a remote country area with nature all around. Sip coffee on the huge back patio while your dogs run in the fenced in back yard and your kids play on the amazing swing set. The large front porch is so peaceful to listen and watch the wildlife while overlooking the picturesque creek valley. over 2 acres of fenced and unfenced yard and meadow! the large open concept main area consists of the kitchen with a massive 48" convection oven to bake homemade goodies so you feel right at home. Relax in the cozy living room with gas log fireplace while you read a book, watch your favorite shows or just talk the night away in the relaxing atmosphere.
You are less than 10 minutes from small local shops, groceries and many local restaurants. If you want to go out on the town you only have to go 30 minutes or less to Easton Town Center or Polaris Mall for amazing dining and shopping! 30 minutes or less to downtown Columbus and the airport and many other attractions.

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils. The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus. Encircling the top of the tower are 24 columns with gargoyle-like figures which are restorations of fossil animals.

A Truly Fantastic and Private Getaway!Our stay at this rental was absolutely wonderful, and we had so much fun!
