The hotel was very good. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. It was very nice and heart touching seeing the service of tarakeswari and sonu. Great time and look forward to come back 😄

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Obviously, I have liked it. Very efficient place, clean, staff exceedingly polite and helpful, good value for money, and most important - very well located, in a mall, and on main road. And may be I will stay here again. Poor service.
There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days. I had a cold shower during winter time. Idli preparation was out of world. Absolutely sub standard. The front office Manager ...
