“We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Although it couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered fans which worked fine for us since we were out for the day and checking out the next day.
