Hotel Meraviglioso, camere spaziose e pulite. Vista panoramica dal bar sito all’ultimo piano della struttura! Piscina grande e pulita. Adatto a chi viaggia con amici ma anche con la propria famiglia e i bambini! Posizione centrale, vicina alla via del divertimento “bangla road”. Camere silenziose!!

Good hotel and position but..
First of all is better to know that they have a joiner far of 1000baht even of you have paid a double room . 2nd the hotel is in a good position but l'ora in the gay block of Patong, no big drama for me,but more sensitive guest can be disappointed and i think should be indicated. I smoke a cigarette on my balcony, whete there are just 2 light plat8c chairs, during the night was windy and the chair had flight away crashing the ashtray on the floor.... i.'ve paid 200baht (5€) for the breakage.... Really positive the chinese restaurant on the 25th floor great food,service & wiew, and good breakfast

I booked a superior room and I had an interconnecting room....this issue spoiled my short stay there.. I was unable to relax myself and nothing has been done by the Hotel...

カロンからプーケットを離れる前にパトンにも一泊。 非常に便利な場所にあり、価格も安い。 そこそこのプールもあり、プールにはジャグジーもあった。 モール、メインストリートにも徒歩ですぐ。 朝食ブッフェも悪くないし、部屋も必要充分で、バスタブあり。 コスパ最高と思いました。

初めて夫婦で8泊しました。便利な立地です。ビーチ、ショッピング、食事どれも徒歩圏内！ ホテルロビーでランチしましたが美味しかった。部屋もこれと言って困る事なく利用できましたし、日本人スタッフがいるので日本人スタッフに直接話すのが何でもスムーズに済みました。プーケット旅行の時はリピートしたいホテルです。

Lovely hotel. One of the best hotels to stay in Patong with amazing facilities. Walking distance from the Patong beach and Bangla road. I booked it during my anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. One feedback: please upgrade your tv so that guests can connect to Netflix and other OTTs.

The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is a victim of the "barbarians" that have taken over Patong. Rudeness everywhere. The suite was fine, not wonderful.

Loved our stay
We loved our stay. We booked the Paradise Suite and it was great, overlooking the pool and the city. The restaurant options at the hotel are awesome. The breakfast was amazing, credit to the chefs and staff. We loved the pool and the pool bar, spending a lot of time here! Beautiful decor throughout the hotel.

We had stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and it was not worth it due to following reasons: 1. We were told on checkin to come back at 3pm and the room would be ready for us. Coming back after 3pm we were told they just started cleaning the room and we had a 2 year old that was tired and needed rest after an 9 hour flight. 2. We had taken partial deluxe sea view but the windows weren't clean 3. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. 4. Staff is not that polite they have no value for guest no hotel staff present to help at morning for luggage. 5. On checkout staff accused us of taking the laundry bag. Who the hell would want to take a laundry bag from the room. After telling them off they told us to not to worry.

This hotel is in an alley around 50m from the main street. Around 10-15 min walk to Patong beach,10 min walk to Walking Street.We had room at level 23,but we still could hear the noise from the clubs below all night.It is not very loud but may annoy you. Hotel required an equipment of 3000Bth deposit.Hotel provided 'welcome drink' voucher but we could only get juice from the bar. I thought it would be more welcoming if you bring the drinks to us on check-in.If you bother to provide drink voucher,then we should be able to get alcohol from the bar !

Overall, the property and our room was clean. The customer service however was lacking. Staff at the front desk and at the breakfast station was not friendly or helpful. When checking out, the person at the front desk was very rude. I personally would not be staying there again.
