Thank you for your review for Sunbeam Hotel, Pattaya. We are sorry that you did not like S room (Loft Style) at Boutique Wing. We found many clients misunderstood about this Loft Stay room, because it is more popular in Young Asian than European. We did not hesitate and discussed with Expedia, to have more clear information for our guests when making reservation. Also managing training program for the staffs.
