Internet pictures are deceiving. The hotel patio is actually the parking lot and gets full at night with noise of cars leaving early morning.

Es una casona adaptada como hotel pero le falta mucho para ser hotel las habitaciones están muy incómodas las camas muy altas reparadas al aventón no tiene un mueble closet sus baños no funcionan como debieran hace falta mantenimiento y creatividad

Al entrar un poquito el olor del patio de los perros, sugiero que cuiden ese aspecto, de lo demás todo el personal muy atentos

La ubicación es excelente, esta a dos cuadras de la plaza Vasco de Quiroga. La habitación esta muy limpia, sin embargo el ruido del hotel es mucho, se escucha en la habitación todos los ruidos externos y de las habitaciones de los lados y la de arriba.

es un mal hotel, las promociones que aparecen no son nada de lo que prometen, el cuarto es muy pequeñito, no habia agua en el baño y tardaron para solucionar, sin contar que huele demasiado a humedad y todo es muy viejo hasta las cobijas. lo que recomiendo es que si viajan a patzcuaro busquen hotel ese dia hay muchisimos en las plazas principales que no aparecen en internet, pero que seguramente son mejor que este hotel. no lo recomiendo en absoluto muy mala experiencia.

El hotel es bonito, el único inconveniente es que no actualiza el estatus de sus habitaciones. Yo en expedía pagué una habitación de una categoría y al llegar al lugar me dijeron que ya no había de ese tipo de habitación, que tenía que pagar una diferencia para poder alojarme. No fue mucho el costo extra pero si vas con un itinerario podría afectarte

Muy básico
Habitación muy pequeña y muy básica, las almohadas son incómodas y hay mucho ruido en la noche; el baño tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento, pero estaba limpio. El estacionamiento es muy complicado ya que ponen los autos uno tras otro, lo que hace muy difícil salir. El persona es amable y el lugar está muy bien ubicado, céntrico, llegas caminando a las principales atracciones. Considero que pagando un poco más se consigue algo mucho mejor, sin embargo lo nuestro fue un plan de última hora y ya no había disponibilidad, por lo cual este lugar nos fue útil.

Me encantó el hotel, no es caro, está cerca del centro, el personal muy amable, creo que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero nada con lo que no puedas lidiar! 😋 regresaría 100% segura.

Al llegar al hotel, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente ya que nos informaron que no tenían habitación en la categoría que nosotros habíamos reservado, pero el señor que nos ate dio fue muy amable y pronto dio la solución y nos dios una mejor habitación. Muchas gracias
