“Beautiful guest house, lovely area. We loved our stay there. Quaint place, quiet and friendly. Rooms comfortable and very different from the modern day hotels. Refreshing. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Jeanette really welcoming and helpful.”

“The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block. Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...

“This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. “The property was as advertised in the photos. Loved the space. The kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and a nice little coffee/tea station. . The amenities were thoughtful and helpful. The property is well maintained. My only warning would be: watch the stairs! There are a lot of them and the outdoor stairs can get slippery.”

“It’s mainly a private club that has about 14 rooms. The rooms are on a floor with the restaurant and bar. They are tucked away in a dark hallway. The location of the club was perfect for our needs and about a 10-15 minute walk to Rittenhouse.”

“Great hotel and room. Only complaint is no elevator. We were on the 4th floor with a lot of stuff and the dumb waiter only went to 3rd floor. Otherwise it was great.”
