Case in affitto in Pavia

“First there was no host at the incheck, we stood for 15 minutes in front of a building . Couldn’t get in. The apartment was far from modern. A dusty room with a poor sofabed , a bathroom in which you cannot turn, faucets spraying the water all over and the room has no curtains . A very bad description of what you expect to find to stay”

“The property was great: excellent location, very clean. The host Astrid was incredible and very helpful. We spent 5 nights there and we highly recommend this place.”

“I’ve said enough, but it was disappointing. They claimed to have an outside area and don’t it’s just the outside hallway to the place. The beds are a fold out couch and something just slightly bigger than a twin bed.”

“We had a wonderful stay, everything was clean, spotless and very comfortable, I highly recommend it.”

“No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere. ”

“Appartamento per 4 persone con tutto il necessario. Proprietario super disponibile”

“This property is the most beautiful that we have ever stayedin . Sara and Mark are wonderful hosts… They have provided everything you could possibly need and they are very responsive and eager to help . The beautiful converted barn has everything you need for comfort. From quality linens and towels, nice wooden hangers for your clothes… Also dressers with drawer liners . The bathrooms are spotless and the showers are very large. The beds are very comfortable and the three bedrooms each have a...

“We have a great stay. The house is modern, clean, great location and accurate to pictures. Just mindful the stairs are not recommendation if you have kids under 5 I think. Great host communication.”

“The room was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive with questions that we had. The location was also great as it was a short walk to the train stations and buses. The area also felt safe.”

“Big spacious house. lovely host, fast responsing. However, check in is only at 6 pm and not 4 pm as stated online. Certain rooms and Balcony are not available for the guests.”
