“The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. ”

“My room was quite big and it was quiet and comfortable. It was quite modern, so there were already some signs of wear and tear visible. The WiFi connection was good (fast enough for online meetings). I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. “I took advantage of the Hotel Driver presence at the airport to reach the Hotel, but he did not tell me that the cost was 165 US$ for the 10mn / 8km ride... Then during the stay they tried to poison us with rotten food... Besides that, the room is normal, clean and the staff is nice.”

“This is a very modest hotel providing triple excellent service. I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets.
