“Viaggio tanto perciò conosco lo standard degli alberghi 4 e 5 stelle. Questo sicuramente merita 4 ma non 5. Non notavo nessuna differenza. Le camere molto belle, la colazione molto abbondante, c'è tanta scelta del cibo. Il personale cortese, la pulizia molto buona. Uno dei svantaggi e la pozione. L'albero e fuori centro.”

“Hotel affacciato sulla centralissima via pedonale, raggiungibile senza difficoltà con l'auto, con un bel parcheggio riservato - a pagamento - a pochi metri dall'ingresso. “Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The only drawback is the location—it is not walkable into town and there are no dinner options that don’t require a taxi or uber ride. When requesting a mountain view, ask for a higher floor as the lower floors have mainly views of the neighboring villas with mountains peeping through. Overall nice stay!”

“Very nice room in Zakopane mountain stile. Nice bathroom too. The breakfast was overal good but there was not much choice of sweet, one type of marmelade only. A nice brochure with local info is available if you find it yourself (it was not offered to us). Free parking space. The reception does not speak any English whatsoever. Not possible to communicate basic things, impossible to get info on sauna and other services/touristic info. It is not easy to find the place due to the lack of signs...
