“The location was great for access to Foxboro, Providence and Boston. The room was clean, staff were friendly. One of the two elevators was not operating; otherwise, everything was great.”

I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. “Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“The room i stayed in the sheets were stained, looked like people had sex on the bed and the bed was just remade, the room had bugs one the way up the stairs were remains of weed cigarettes, towels looked used, my room was changed not any better and remote not in room for tv. Slept reluctantly on top of bed and put shirt on top of pillows to sleep. Didn't sleep at all.
