Hotel vicino a Payette River -

“Bathroom needs redone. Peeling, cracked paint. Carpet can be replaced.”

“I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didn’t reserve online as I’m showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. It’s 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How?”

“We didn't use the pool or hot tub. We got 1 of the last parking spots. The bed was comfortable but the pillows need replacing, as it was so flat and the 2nd pillow was a Black couch pillow with no pillow case. ”

“Room was nice and clean, although the carpet had a couple stains. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but a tight space for everyone to gather. No coffee pot in room. ”

“Front desk didn't inform me there was no elevator for me to get to my room on the second floor until I asked where it was. I had to drag my heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. I was not given the option for a 1st floor room. He quickly (talking fast) told me where to find breakfast in the morning before moving on to the next check in. I do not recommend this hotel. The carpet smells bad, is dirty and has soft spots in front of the door and between the • bed and dresser. Loud band playing...

“struttura vecchia, pulizia discutibile (lenzuolo macchiato, spruzzi di coca-cola sul rivestimento in legno sopra il letto, presenza di ragnatele), mobili scheggiati, tappezzeria delle poltrone macchiata. Doccia piccola, segni di bruciature di sigarette appoggiate sul lavandino in bagno, cuscini da cambiare (puzza di stantìo, forse sudore). Di positivo ci sono il frigo, il forno a microonde (non usato) ed è silenzioso, anche se sulla strada.”

“Aside from the friendly staff and cheap price.. this was a bust. Not overly clean and horribly uncomfortable bed.”

“The coffee maker leaked. all the water Leaked out from the bottom of the water holding area, After i turned the power button on. So we could not make coffee. There was No Toilet paper & we had arrived after 6:00 so there was no one at front desk. We went to a store & bought toilet paper. The corners of the floors had debris, like clumps of weeds, dried flower pieces & a black spider, in the corner of bathroom and corners of bed rooms. The refrigerator had left over, melted ice cream in it. So...

“Our family loves Sourdough Lodge - we've stayed there a few times and always stop for a quick visit (and snacks!) during our adventures through the mountains. The cabins are amazing (thank you for loving dogs!!), Chris and the entire staff are super friendly - we've even had an employee help during one of our "mountain emergencies!!" The restaurant can be a savior, food is quality, groceries and gas come in handy - and the ice cream is a perfect touch!!! Thanks gang for all you do, year-around!!...
