“The setting was lovely although the outside tables and chairs were covered wlth bird poo so we couldn’t use them until the next day when a lovely staff came and cleaned up . We booked wlth another couple from overseas and I booked for 2 rooms . The ad is misleading - I didn’t realise I had booked for 2 villas . Basically “ 1 room is 1 villa “ so we all stayed in 1 villa and didn’t use the 2nd property. I asked Expedia if the host would refund for 1 villa as we never entered the 2nd villa -...

“The room was awesome, nice and clean and very nicely laid out. The parking was a lil bit tight but that certainly doesn’t take away the location and the place it’s self. Will definitely be my go to place when staying in Paynesville ”

“A little surprised to see the ground floor layout, obviously a converted car garage, so its all upstairs for realistic living, but it was clean and not noisy being on the highway.”

“We stayed here in early June so it was very quiet. Location is excellent situated on a street that runs parallel to the main street. Aldi is just down the street to stock up for your stay with microwave and oven provided in the apartment. Overall very pleased with the booking.”
