“The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating. ”

“Very clean and quiet. Many different options for breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Overall a great experience! ”

“Overall clean and nice. But Kleenex dispenser was empty. No spare toilet paper and the roll was almost out. Soap dispenser was empty. Few towels were there, only one washcloth and one hand towel. ”

“Looks a little rough but was not bad at all nice breakfast bar clean rooms bathroom could use an update but still worked fine”

“Everything was exceptional, the only problem was we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub when we returned back to the hotel around 10:15 pm I was so disappointed a hot tub would of been perfect way to end the evening. ”
