Your A-frame cabin getaway is nestled in a stunning location, offering panoramic views and tranquil surroundings. Its modern charm and thoughtful design provide a cozy retreat, with comfortable beds ensuring restful nights. The outdoor deck is perfect for dining and relaxation, and now features a brand-new hot tub - ideal for soaking under the stars or unwinding after a day of exploring nearby trails and streams. With its blend of natural beauty and comfort, your A-frame cabin promises an unforgettable getaway and cherished moments with friends and family. Equipped with AC and heat, perfect year-round.

This beautiful A-frame home is situated on the side of a mountain, offering spectacular views from the deck. It features three bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a laundry area. The living room has a large streaming television for late-night relaxing. The dining room seats 6–8 and overlooks the backyard with a fountain. While dining, you might spot wildlife on the trail above.

Please note that there are several stairs leading up to the home, which may be challenging for some people.

The area is perfect for hiking, with trails right out the backyard and a seasonal stream in the neighborhood, just a short walk away.

Please note: Security cameras by the driveway and one overlooking the front walk near the stairs. One in the NE side of the property at the forest line for critter viewing. This camera does not see guest activity. There are no other cameras on or inside the property.

Packing for your mountain retreat: There are 38 steps up, so bring backpacks, duffles bags and soft coolers. Keep it simple; it’s the forest!
We allow a maximum of six guests. MUST have prior approval for one additional guest. $75 fee per night for the additional person.

We spent Thanksgiving at A-Frame On The Rocks and it was absolutely perfect for us. The cabin sits right on the side of the mountain with the most gorgeous views. The new hot tub was a huge hit too. We used it almost every night. We had a small issue that was handled so fast by the owner and not a big deal at all, but wanted to make sure they were aware. And we appreciated the quick response and bottle of wine! Inside, the cabin is just as impressive. It’s modern and cozy! We thought all of the beds were comfortable, and having so many kitchen items to use made cooking our Thanksgiving meal so easy. The dining room overlooks the backyard fountain, and we even spotted some cool birds and a few chipmunks while we were eating. The living room was great for a movie night! With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it was perfect for our family of 5! If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with all the comforts of home (plus a hot tub!), this cabin is a dream. We made some really special memories here and we would definitely come back & recommend it to friends! We saw they have another cabin not too far away and want to check it out sometime too! They are definitely good at the house rental game!

Cabin is beautiful and very clean! Built right into the flagstone, with beautiful views! Hot tub under the stars was amazing. We had such a a great time and the hosts were great and quick to respond. Woke up to ground squirrels at the waterfall and we even got to see some elk right out back. Would definitely love to stay there again!
