Venite a rilassarvi nella nostra casa nella città di Payson! In una strada tranquilla, siamo circondati da massi e pini alti, ma la nostra casa è a pochi minuti da ristoranti e negozi. Utilizzate la nostra casa come un trampolino di lancio per tutte le meravigliose attività di Rim Country e poi tornate a casa in un cortile privato completamente recintato per i tuoi amici pelosi!

Ci sono così tanti eventi e attività nella contea di Roma! Vedere il ponte naturale di Tonto, o dirigersi verso Christopher Creek per un pomeriggio di divertimento e di gioco. Escursioni, pesca, mountain bike, shopping antica e naturalmente rodeo!

La nostra casa è un ottimo posto per scappare in luoghi più freschi d'estate, luoghi sereni in inverno, e per vedere le stagioni mutevoli della primavera e della caduta. Il cottage è accogliente e confortevole con camere separate da soggiorno e cucina. E 'una posizione ideale per un campo base con facile accesso alle città circostanti di Pino, Fragola, Whispering Pines, Star Valley.

Great place in town but a country feel with boulders, pines, and an Elk visit in the morning. Back yard is totally fenced with doggie door leading to it. Front porch is totally covered with comfortable furniture and is also dog secure. Quick replies. If cost is a factor, be aware this rental requires an additional 59 damage insurance fee or a large deposit.Tips: Take mosquito repellent, a bathtub drain stopper if you want to take a bath, toiletries, sugar for complimentary coffee, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and ziplocks if you’re one who uses those.

We did a quick getaway from Phoenix to beat the heat. Two bed/two bath house was pefect size, super clean, close to stores and restaurants. Stiking distance from area natural attractions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood . As the pictures suggest, the house is surrounded by boulders and towering pines, making the backyard 100% private. A few elk roamed the neighnorhood , which was fun. 100% fenced in back yard and front porch was great for our dogs. The neighborhood was easy and quiet to walk the dogs. Also pretty close to a very large park with large ponds, if kids want to fish. Owner is very resposive and welcoming.

My wife and I were visiting the area just to check it out and "stumbled" upon the listing. The perfect find.Exactly as described. Beyond clean, great kitchen, fantastic outdoor space. Right from the start Gabriel touched base with all the details we needed to know for our arrival. I know folks have talked about the backyard (great for moring coffee and just relaxing) but the deck at the entrance is the perfect spot to have a glass of wine and to just relax.Very central to all the "must sees" like Tonto Natural Bridge State Park and Water Wheel Falls. We love spending a few days in this well stocked 2 bedroom in the pines every year. It's always clean and well kept and yet close to Safeway for those few things you forgot. It's got a doggie door and our pets love it as well!

Gabe’s property is a great place to stay in Payson. He always takes care of his guests well and it’s a pleasure work with him. Highly recommended. And there were elk just outside the back fence. Nature at it’s best.

Beautiful home, with tasteful cheery decor, and a very well appointed kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals! Multiple inviting areas include the front deck, back patio and velour sofa!! Bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms are lovely. The entire house was immaculate. Will most definitely be back!!

Loved the house and the private, quiet backyard for me and my dogs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was very safe for small dogs with all of the small spaces that dogs could get into covered or fenced off. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. Saw some elk in the front of the house.

We rented the house because it was very close to an event we were attending in Payson. We loved it from the moment we stepped inside. The house is adorable! It's extremely clean. The beds and furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The backyard is an oasis of serenity and privacy. The fireplace is the cherry on top. It's close to everything, but feels secluded.We had planned to spend most of our time at the event, but ended up spending more time at this house because we were so comfortable there. We didn't want to leave, and we're already talking about booking it again.

This place was exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed. Having the laundry set up was a big plus. Supplied Keurig coffee was a big plus for us. We loved using the gas grill on the back patio for a few meals. Everything was great! Highly recommend.patio for a few meals.

We were in Payson to close on a house we bought. We had stayed before and loved it, so we chose to stay here for this two day trip. We again had a great experience, excellent communication, and comfortable surroundings. Highly recommend this place!

We found the house in great condition and well stocked. The back yard was a great space for our dog to roam without getting out. Love the natural privacy the grounds provide. We will come again.

Hi, this home was very nice and clean. The community was very nice. The backyard had access for your dog. The home was in town and very close to convenience and nearby lakes, and hiking areas, shopping, etc.. my only issue that really wasn’t all that important was that there needed to be more seating in the living room even though it is a little cozy.
