Cabina sul lungofiume sotto l'orlo di Mogollon sul fiume Verde orientale

  • Il nostro Riverfront Retreat si trova a 15 miglia a nord-ovest di Payson, proprio sotto il Mogollon Rim, nel profondo della foresta. È una casa su tre livelli molto affascinante con due camere da letto di livello superiore e un seminterrato con un letto a castello e estraibile. Anche un divano letto al livello principale. (Totale: 7 posti letto comodamente). Questa casa ha tutti i comfort con una grande cucina, sala da pranzo e camera familiare. Due bagni (una doccia e una doccia / vasca). Il cortile è recintato con una grande area erbosa per giocare. Sul retro della casa ci sono due ponti. Un mazzo è fuori dalla camera da letto principale e l'altro fuori dalla cucina e dalle sale da pranzo (sostituito aprile 2019). Il cortile si dirige verso il fiume Verde orientale che scorre tutto l'anno. Ci sono due sentieri 1 miglio lungo la strada. Anche la pesca nelle vicinanze nell'area ricreativa Waterwheel. Ci sono anche diversi laghi per godersi un breve tragitto in auto lungo la 260. Anche il Tonto Natural Bridge è facilmente raggiungibile in auto nelle vicinanze per una gita di un giorno. Da dicembre a febbraio nevica e si consiglia 4WD durante questo periodo. C'è molto da fare in casa. Abbiamo internet / wifi e Direct TV. Goditi il tempo con gli amici e la famiglia cucinando, bevendo, giocando a biliardo e ping pong. Disponibile: macchine Xbox e Wii disponibili. (Porta giochi e DVD). 150 film / DVD tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà. Amazon Alexa per l'intrattenimento musicale con altoparlanti durante il 1 ° e il 2 ° piano. Servizi più vicini a 15 miglia di distanza in modo da portare generi alimentari.

Family vacay

Second Visit

You just cannot beat this property and the care and representation of the owners. This is my second stay there and everything you would need is available for a relaxing stay. The property and house is even better in person than in the pictures. I highly recommend the property.

Fantastic creek side property

Wonderful creek side property with many amenities! The home was beautiful and clean with many amenities, games and very thoughtful touches by the hosts to make the most of your stay.The location is perfectly located on the creek with deep pools and the relaxing sounds. The lawn area in front was perfect for outdoor games in the woods with the kids and the property is a very short distance from amazing hiking (including sections of the AZ Trail).Great escape less than 2 hours from the valley

Beautiful house and location!

This house was everything that was advertised and more. Very clean, and located near a lot of great hikes. The owner is very responsive. Waking up next to the creek was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved our stay and can hardly wait to come back. The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit for the kids and I absolutely LOVED the creek and enjoyed each of the sitting areas out in the back. With the house being so close, we hope to return often. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.

Clean, fun and beautiful

Fantastic cabin! Every summer our family rents a cabin in Payson, this cabin has been the cleanest and well stocked place yet!! Kids were entertained the entire time with all the games and movies provided. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you need and more! We all enjoyed feeding the blue jays and squirrels every morning. Truly a relaxing, stress free time at this beautiful cabin!

Weekend work retreat - amazing property!

4 of us stayed for a work retreat this past weekend for 3 nights. The house was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My daughter and I explored nearby trails and we all spent a lot of time on the back patio and near the river. This is truly a special place and we hope to be back. The host was very responsive.

Paradise Retreat

This property will be one of our most favorite stays. It is very well kept and has the most complete kitchen. Perfect for cooking great family meals. The beds are super comfy and the pool table room is an excellent escape for teenagers. The location is so relaxing and peaceful with sounds of the Verde River just out your back door and the view from the deck is breath taking. The stars at night are amazing! We loved this piece of paradise and will return.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfectly located away from any major town. The house was exactly as advertised. Very quiet neighbors that made it feel like we were alone in the woods. Didn't get to play in the river since the banks were all covered in snow but we don't regret it one bit. Picturesque! Got the kids off the electronics and hiked the local trails. They loved it. Look forward to returning in the summer!

A True Riverfront Retreat

My family and I had the best time at this property. We felt at home immediately and were in awe of the front and backyards. From the beautiful grassy area in the front, to the magical, flowing river in the back. My favorite part was deciding which spot to sit in to read my book. My kids played for hours in the river and then got cozy inside to watch movies and play games. We will for sure be back!

We enjoyed our time at the Riverside Retreat so much last year, that we decided to stay here again this year. This time included a retirement celebration! Alissa and Russ are great hosts! Great experience

Had a lovely time with my family. Home is right on the river and it was so peaceful listening to the rushing water. Hummingbirds, blue jays, squirrels… you feel right in the forest with the luxurious amenities with this home. I’ve rented several homes from VRBO and this home by far has been the cleanest, well stocked, and most comfortable I’ve visited. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We drove a couple miles away and my whole family caught HUGE trouts. We had a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Creekside Resort!

Wow! Our family of four just loved our stay. This home and property have everything you need! The yard is absolutely fabulous! The lawn up front and the flowing creek in the back! You have nature literally at your feet! Inside the house you feel at home is there is everything you need to entertain, cook and relax! Did I mention the beautiful decks? They look out over the backyard and sound of the creek fills the air. This is a must stay!

Absolutely Beautiful Place

I am certain that my comments will have been mirrored by everyone who has ever had the pleasure of staying at this house. The picture tells the truth and what you see is what you get. I have stayed at numerous VRBO locations and this one tops the cake, not only for the beauty of the entire house and grounds, but it's also furnished, decorated (Thank you Allison!) wonderfully and complimented with every amenity you would need for your stay especially the kitchen. Returning for another stay is a forgone conclusion- we will. Thank you host!

Very far—from the madding crowd—yet near enough to a respectable commercial hub to allow for those “urgent” provisioning demands we’re so accustomed to satisfying. First timers ourselves, without hesitation, we can recommend that you indulge yourself here, to a calming spell of tranquility, if you can break away from it all—long enough—to just relax—in the comfort and style it invariably—well hosted—we can attest—affords!

Perfect Getaway!

The house was perfect with everything you could imagine or need. My wife loved sitting by the creek listening to the water. The house was perfect with the most beautiful back yard leading to the creek/river. We hiked Railroad Tunnel which was very close but a tough hike. We also did Water Wheel all the way to the falls which was also quite the hike but worth it. We were close to nature with wonderful hikes all while feeling we were living in luxury at our rental home. It was an easy 2 hour drive from our house in Phoenix to the rental house north of Payson. The owners were true professionals to work with. They made everything easy. Can’t wait till our next trip there.

Best River front property

My eyes welled up with tears of joy when we had our first view of the back yard, as we were greeted by the sound and sight of the beautiful East Verde River. Nothing is more relaxing than the sound of the River!! We entered through the back door, which is next to the bright, clean and cheerful kitchen. The house is perfectly equipped and we found it cozy and comfortable. We came for a long weekend and we all wished we could have stayed for the whole week. We even got to enjoy a short thunderstorm. This property stands up to some of the nicest River front homes we have stayed at in Montana, but it’s only 2 hours away!! We only saw 1 mosquito, and we were there the end of August after a very rainy summer. Hope to return this fall. Thank you for giving us such a warm welcome and enjoyable stay.

Perfect Getaway to the Woods

This home was the perfect getaway cabin in the woods for our family of five to escape the hustle and bustle of the Valley for a few days over spring break. Conveniently located less than two hours away and yet it feels like you are way out in the woods. Bonus that it's right next to the East Verde river which I'm told runs year round. Not a lot of water while we were there and too cold to swim anyway, but being able to open the windows and hear the water running just added to the relaxing atmosphere. This was one of the cleanest rental homes we have ever stayed in. No bugs or cobwebs. The kitchen was also very well equipped with spices, oils, utensils and all the cookware you could possibly need. The stone fireplace in the living room was cozy and provided the perfect ambiance. We had rain one day and were stuck inside so the pool table downstairs and ping pong table in the garage were awesome and helped keep us from getting bored while we waited out the rain. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home and we'll certainly be back!
