Villa Dora 4* holiday house with whirpool & sauna in central Istria

Holiday house with a large jacuzzi, Villa Dora 4* is situated in the heart of Istria, in Trviž. The house is located at the very end of the village and provides all the privacy and intimacy needed for a quality vacation.
In addition to this house, guests have at their disposal a nice yard with barbecue and garden furniture, a separate tavern with a fireplace ideal for evening gatherings by the fire, and private parking.
The house itself has two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace with a large heated jacuzzi and a view of the green countryside.
On the upper floor, high attic, there are 3 bedrooms: a large room with a mtrimonial bed and a private bathroom, one room with a double bed and a room for one person. There is also another bathroom with a beautiful sauna on this upper floor.

All rooms are air-conditioned, mosquito nets are placed on the windows and the house has central heating, which makes it ideal for vacations during winter months.
The house is suitable for lovers of active vacations and for vacations with the family, it is covered by a good WI-FI signal and is equipped with everything needed by today's modern man.
There are marked cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area. The owners of the house also have horses, and guests can hang out with them if they wish.
The nearest town is Pazin, only 10 km away, which, in addition to cultural sights, also offers various adrenaline activities such as Zip line Pazinska jama, Speleoavantura Pazinska jama or quad adventure.
For all gourmets, central Istria provides with good wineries, agrotourisms and taverns.
The distance to coastal towns and beaches such as Rovinj, Poreč, Pula is 25 to 35 km or 30 minutes' drive. The nearest shop is located 1 km from the house.
