“Did not think the room was adequately clean. The room had an off putting dirty smell upon entering. The entire property just did not seem cared for ,carpet was dirty, bed linens were not fresh.
Reserved an accessible room that did not have a walk in shower.
The staff was excellent...the person at the desk was trying to find a walk in shower and was empathetic as she tried to help. As we were leaving early for a surgery appointment, the woman on that shift offered to make us fresh coffee and...
