Orchard House B & B

Questa casa, situata nella bellissima Peachland, BC era originariamente un "Pickers Cottage" nella metà degli anni '60. Si tratta di un 3 camere da letto 2 bagno arredato casa con vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Questa casa ha tutto il necessario e l'interno è stato appena rinnovato!

I bambini sono i benvenuti.

• La casa presenta un sacco di finiture in legno e una trave di abete tra la cucina e il soggiorno.
• Un caminetto in pietra con un mantello dal bordo vivo e un inserto a gas perfetto per le notti fresche in primavera o in autunno o dopo una giornata di ciaspolate durante la tua permanenza invernale.
• Un patio è proprio fuori dalla cucina, perfetto per un barbecue e attrezzato con mobili da giardino per godersi l'aria aperta e le viste.

Il piano principale è una cucina open space, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con un sacco di finestre per renderlo luminoso e offre una vista sul lago da Kelowna a Summerland.
Al piano principale troverete una cucina recentemente rinnovata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile,
• fornello / forno a gas, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e microonde. Un sacco di spazio armadio e armadio per lo stoccaggio e l'abbondanza di spazio controsoffitto! Dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare una festa.

La casa offre un Wi-Fi, internet e una TV con Netflix e Youtube. Ha l'aria condizionata per le calde giornate estive e una fornace ad aria forzata per i mesi di avventura invernale.

The Orchard House ha tre camere da letto. Il piano principale ha il master con un letto king size, la seconda camera da letto aveva un sistema di letti a castello con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo a soppalco. C'è anche un divano / letto con un materasso singolo nel salone del piano principale. La terza camera da letto si trova al piano inferiore e ha un letto matrimoniale con TV e divano. C'è anche un bagno completo al piano inferiore.

Il bagno al piano principale ha una vasca / doccia, grande vanità e belle piastrelle di lavoro. Al livello inferiore troverete un altro bagno spazioso con doccia.

C'è un bucato pieno al livello inferiore se ne avete bisogno. Basta chiedere ai padroni di casa.

L'Orchard House dista 3 minuti in auto da Peachland e dalle spiagge. Dista 15 minuti in auto da West Kelowna o Summerland. Vicino a negozi, generi alimentari, spiagge, parchi, cantine e tutti gli altri servizi di cui avrete bisogno.

The Orchard House può ospitare fino a 7 persone. Se il libro di una o due persone, allora avrebbero bisogno solo del piano principale della casa. Tuttavia, se tre o più persone prenotano, avranno accesso a tutta la casa.

Amazing place to relax

We loved this place, the owners were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the collected information about the programs, groceries, restaurants etc.The patio...it was the best way to start and finish the day sitting on that patio with that amazing view to the lake.Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

Great Views

We had a lovely stay at the Orchard House. The breakfast food provided was lovely, the owners were friendly and always out and about in the garden, and the view cannot be beat! We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies and the fire table on the deck was lovely for the evenings. It is close to town and the beach.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking - we spent many evenings hanging out there, BBQ-ing and enjoying meals together as a group out there.The home was spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and impressively well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies, everything we needed (and more) was provided. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into making this space comfortable and welcoming.

Beautiful view of the lake from the deck, where we spent most of our time when at the house. Murray and his wife had filled the fridge with some essentials which was greatly appreciated. Home was very welcoming! Didn’t have any issues and would recommend the home to our friends.

Excellent Stay

The Orchard House was our home away from home. We loved everything about the house and the views from the deck were amazing! The location was excellent and our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back.

A no stress getaway

This was a girls’ trip, time to talk and eat and sip wine. The accommodations were precisely as pictured, and Murray was generous in starting us off with all we needed the first day. W enjoyed the walks through the neighborhood and the beautiful view of the lake right out our windows. We very much enjoyed our time in Peachland.

Visiting the Orchard House at The Eagle's Nest

We found the Orchard House to be a most comfortable "home away from home". The hosts stocked our fridge with all kinds of breakfast essentials and provided coffee for the entire stay. The kitchen was well-equipped. The views from the deck were a constant delight. We would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful getaway

Our stay at The Orchard House was absolutely delightful. The location was great, a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants. The house itself was very spacious and clean and stocked with great foods for breakfast! And Murray was a great host who was available whenever we had questions.

Wonderful COVID get away

My husband and my sister stayed for 2 weeks at this scenic property. The home was quaint and tastefully decorated. The open concept with a gas fire insert in the living room made this a place we enjoyed a lot of time in. The kitchen was roomy and easy to work in. Murray and Valerie were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The scenery was a feast for the eyes after coming from Ontario. Every morning we woke up to beautiful scenery which often included wildlife wandering around the property ( mostly mule deer) but apparently there are bear there as well. We only saw the paw marks in one of our hiking trips around the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Cozy and relaxing homestay

Myself and a group of 3 friends spent a long weekend at Peachland B&A and had wonderful time. Spectacular views, warm and welcoming stay, where we had everything we need. Murray and his wife made the experience special leaving us some fresh food in the fridge and we appreciated the charm of the creative and experienced carpentry built into the natural landscape.

Perfect place

We really enyoyed our stay at the Orchard House. Everything was perfect. The house is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. When we started looking at the house for a reservation, Murray was very efficient and always answered quickly. Perfect place if you plan a visit in the Kelowna area. Perfect for recharging your batteries

This place has a spectacular view in a beautiful location. Easy access to Highway 97 that will take you the length of Lake Okanogan. The house is divine. Comfortable and fully equipped to meet your needs. I loved reading by the fireplace in the big comfy chairs. The hosts are friendly and caring....there is no doubt in my mind that I will return. Five star ratings across all categories Highly Recommend

The owners were helpful. The view was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The final bill was almost twice what the advertised rate was. The fees did not show up until after the first payment was made, which was frustrating.

Old friends gathering

This was the perfect place for us to get together. Midway between Washington state and the West Kootenys. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The house was spotless and very well outfitted and stocked with essentials for eating and cooking. The view from the deck is spectacular and Peachland is centrally located for shopping, hiking and eating at the many restaurants in town. We all had a marvellous time and heartily recommend this place. Thanks again Murray, you folks have a wonderful place.
